To the outdoor gardener, the first sign of spring may be heralded by the robin returning in the warm currents of air from
the South. To this indoor gardener, spring (and smiles) were brought last week by the start
of a new growth on a Cattleya. The longer days and the increase of sun are starting to wake
up my resting collection. But there isn't a lot of resting for our Show Chairman, Sue
Schweizer. She is busy making plans for the Palm Sunday Show. If you haven't volunteered
your help as of yet, please call. Speaking of calling, we are taking nominations for the
Orchidist of the year. If there is someone who has been helpful to you or that you think
